Responsible creating long term capability development strategy. Responsible for resource planning, budget forecast and control Project execution: Responsible for project deliverable's and customer satisfaction - Schedule, Risks, Quality and Customer commitments for multiple customers. Identify and resolve project issues by co-coordinating with multiple sites and competencies. Responsible for managing project risks proactively. Technical: Provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews and takes appropriate corrective actions. Responsible for promote Continuous Improvement through problem solving techniques. Streamlines SW development process across OEM projects, find concepts to reduce cycle time. Communicates risks, corrective actions, technical solutions to management and/or customer. , Desired Profile A minimum of 8+ years of experience in embedded automotive real-time software engineering in various capacities Hand On Experience in CAN- ( Driver / Application/ Diagnostics ) Exp in Flexray / Ethernet / Intra Processors & UDS Minimum 2 + years in leading Project Execution & people management Exp in Automotive Domain - Electronic Controls / Safety Product Line( Active Safety Exp would be preferable)

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
