As survey executive you are responsible to talk to the people and capture their opinion in our app. You will be assigned a constituency for conducting survey. It can be done either with your mobile or tab. If you are interested to talk to the people and can understand English you are eligible for this. You will be paid for each survey response you capture. You can take up this as full time or part time job. You might be a youngster, women or senior citizen. We need honest field executives who are interested to travel shot distances with in a radius and can ask political questions to the people.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
