Job Description: Facilitate computer-programming class using Inveno’s content, curriculum, visual programming platform and Robot, for kids from Grade-1 to Grade-6. This is an after-school program in Bangalore. Undergo a 3-day training and certification program conducted by Inveno to get trained in facilitating the courses. The Educator needs to: Understand the usage of Inveno’s online coding learning platform for kids. Understand how to develop programs using visual blocks (Similar to Scratch) Understand the simple game based programming exercises and programming projects meant for students to solve, on Inveno’s Learning Platform. Understand all program solutions provided to the facilitator. Explain the games and coding concepts to students as per the given guidelines. Help students complete the simple programming exercises and projects to learn and apply the coding concepts. Interact with parents to discuss student’s progress. Interact with Inveno for any support required to run the class smoothly. Skill Sets Required: Interest and ability to work with and teach children. Graduation degree and any prior work experience. Comfortable to work using computers and tools on computers, internet. 2 hours commitment per week per batch during after-school hours, similar to tuitions. Willing to travel short distance to the learning centre in a nearby area. Prefer women facilitators with good spoken English. Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
