Job Description
Calling on the leads provided to them and fixing appointments with the client.

2. Doing visits to understand the need better and giving a demonstration of the product. Travelling of approximately 50 / 60 Kms /Day & at least 12 demos /week.

3. Explain the pricing & package to the client and sell the product.

4. Develop month-on-month sales models for proven business growth.

5. Understanding the need of the client and offer products that would be beneficial to the client.

6. Counsel client to buy products subscription

7. Update the CRM.

8. Hand over the financial instruments (Cash / Cheque /finance forms /etc /receipts).

The Role would involve doing both set of activities (Tele Calling from 11:00 AM to 6:00 /6:30 PM & Field / Visits from 6:00 /6:30 PM to 10:30 PM); 6 days working (weekly Offs) There will be no leaves during the first 3 months in the organization.

Other Requirements: Must have 1. Two wheeler, 2. Android Mobile Device, 3. Laptop

Age: Below 35 Years of age.

Salary Depends on Experience / Current CTC / Interview Process: Ranges from 2.5LPA to 3.5 Fixed LPA + 20% Retention Bonus; Max up to 60k Monthly Sales Incentives + Mobile Allowance + Petrol Allowance.
