Experience in developing B2C or E-commerce applications is required and mandatory along with ability to work without supervision
Design and execute product ( web, apps and back-end models, logics and architecture) which will power the organizations end to end tech ecosystem clear business rules, system processes, logics, validations, checks and balances, controls, server and network, data models, information exchange, applications and data management etc.
The person will be responsible for defining and building integrated/scalable/robust E-commerce end to end enterprise ecosystem with a primary focus on the back-end systems and architecture.
This person will work cross functionally and should bring a solid blend of in-house e-commerce apps which will be combined with a thorough knowledge of E-commerce vendor apps and ecosystems expertise.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
