The E-commerce Lead will be responsible for end-to-end operation management of the vendor/seller.
Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Acquisition ● Shall be responsible for vendor/seller on-boarding on our platform ● To cater to specific business verticals of micro, small, medium enterprises(MSMEs). ● Guide the sellers/vendors on the benefits of registering on our e-commerce platform.
Account Management ● Rapport building, Catalog Management, Content Management and Digital Marketing ● Communicating with the vendors through calls and e-mails ● Ensure good account health by coordinating with the Seller Acquisition team
Report Management ● Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS for reporting and analysis
Target Achievement ● Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
