We have immediate opening for a Senior Dynatrace APM consultant to provide support to our global enterprise clients for their monitoring platforms. You will be responsible for implementing and delivering application performance monitoring solutions.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate must be experienced with implementing and delivering application performance monitoring solutions.
The candidate must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance matters in a complex multi-tiered environment.
Must have very good hands on experience in Dynatrace APM Tool Administration and configuration.
Must be experienced in Dynatrace monitoring, Troubleshooting configuration issues and perform root cause analysis for performance issues reported by Dynatrace.
Must have experience to develop, customize the Dynatrace dashboard views based on customer needs
Design and architect, effective solutions and engagements for our customers.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
