Job Descriptions:

Skills:

Deep technical knowledge and understanding of Dynamics CRM (Version 2016 or higher).
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture (on-premise).
Experience in designing and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions involving integration with various systems, workflow automation, migration.
Ability to focus on deliverables and deadlines.
Team player with leadership qualities with prior experience of leading the team for successful and timely delivery.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to coordinate and work with delivery team, project manager, design and architecture teams to ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
Strong skills and hands-on experience on following tools and technologies CRM Platform and SDK Web API, Organization Service, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Business Process Flow, Business Rules, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, C#, JavaScript, Rest API, HTML, CSS etc.
Strong Devops skills for managing the tasks, teams, source code repository etc. VSTS \ TFS etc.
Strong knowledge of moving and managing solutions across various environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience in banking sector.
Lead and mentor other CRM consultants.
Work closely with Solution Architect \ Functional Consultants and design Dynamics CRM Solution involving Business Units, Security Roles, Teams, Users, Identify Entities and their relationship.
Design and develop integration solutions and applications.
Design and implement processes like workflows, business process flow, business rules, actions.
Design and develop modification and extensions to standard Dynamics CRM.
Provide support and expertise on development technologies, environments and products during the implementation life cycles.
Provide work estimates, prioritization, task assignments for successful delivery.
Leading and managing the development team for implementing the Dynamics Solution.
Timely and regular update and reporting to business and project manager.
Highlight any risk if foreseen.
Perform regular code review for the development activities.
