Detailed responsibilities:
Lead tag management for international client
Drive implementation of tags using Adobe Analytics DTM
Ensure quality assurance of all work products by team, adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs
Drive engagement and build relationship with client/onshore stakeholders
Drive further efficiencies in tag management by leveraging existing assets and apps
Recommend measures to improve efficiency and/or quality of tagging
Lead defining tagging requirements for re-engineering/new development projects
Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized
Communicate defects and act as a consultant for defects resolution
Participates in development and training sessions
Desired candidate profile:
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics Tag implementation using DTM or similar tools like Tealium, Google Tag Manager etc
• Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills
• Expertise with Adobe data layer is highly desirable
• Experience on tools like Observepoint/ Columbo or similar ones is desirable
• Experience with HTTPF ox or Adobe Debugger or any other debugging tool
• Overall 3-8 years of experience with digital marketing, tag management, campaign analytics or web analytics
• Excellent domain knowledge, understanding of standard processes and best practices for tag management
• General Business Analyst skills in digital / marketing domain
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, languages, systems, and platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
