Education Counselor (Direct Sales Associate - internally) (PAN India)

Role & Responsibilities

Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets; counselors have the following targets:

Cold Call, generate leads & fix appointments

Develop month–on–month sales models for proven business growth

Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student

Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr’s subscription

Education Counselors at Toppr

Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior

Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment

Good Communication skills in English and the regional language

Qualification & Skills

MBA or Graduate with minimum 1 - 4 years B2C sales experience

Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
