Job Description - Documentation & Report Writing Specialist Location - Pune Employment - Full Time The concerned will be responsible for overall high quality documentation of various interventions of the project, models established, researches conducted and support in preparing customized project reports. Role a) Documentation of project related activities Compilation and analysis of field level reports Responsible for preparing donor reports Preparation of monthly / quarterly project reports Documentation of periodic learning & review meetings with partners and stakeholders to disseminate program results.
b) Preparing evidence-based documentation Documentation of different case studies from field. Prepare Process documentation as per the need
c) Miscellaneous • Documentation of regular and ongoing meetings, workshops at state and field level. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Masters/PG diploma: Social Sciences, Social Work, Communication or Journalism from recognized university . Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevance; progressively in development sector, preferably in research will be added advantage but not mandatory. Skills & Competencies Broad understanding of the education & social sector. Understanding of the governmental structure and functioning Good documentation, communication and presentation skills Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint for managing data Good oral and written communication skills. Good command over English and working knowledge of Marathi. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with other staff and in teams Ability to work under a tight and time-bound program framework

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
