Direct Walk-In Interview for Wipro Technology (DIRECT PAYROLL) tomorrow: 14th June 2018 - Navi Mumbai location.
Designation: Service Desk (Voice Support)
Exp: Fresher to 2 year in Any Industry
Job Location: - Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)
Required any Graduates.
(Under graduates will not be considered)
Candidate Requirement:
Excellent English Email writing & Reading skills.
Computer Basic to Document customer transactions.
Good Logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Answering Service desk support queries via Phone & Email
Usage of Mobile apps would be an additional advantage
Excellent Verbal communication Skills (English and Hindi)
