As an Sales Associate you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you. As a Sales Associateyou will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns. Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth Eligibility Criteria: Work experience-1 to 4 years in field sales Age limit: Less than equal to 30 years old Basic Requirements: Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi) Passionate about Sales Self-Motivated Goal Driven Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00am to 21:00pm) Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays) Proven sales experience Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Computer use competency Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage Compensation: Up to Rs. 33000 +Incentives depending on the last CTC and sales experience.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
