Working with agencies:
Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, SEO, email and events to drive customer acquisition, engage audiences, increase traffic and improve conversion rates on clients shop.
Work with partners to ensure online-offline connect of various campaigns run through clients handles.
Manage and maintain the look and feel of Clients shop to ensure seamless experience for fans.
Oversee content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Insta and Twitter.
Generate standout ideas to maximize impact on merchandise sales through posts, images, videos, podcasts and audio content etc.
Liase with all merchandise partner agencies to ensure smooth flow of user experience.
Work to improve key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, improving conversion, increasing traffic, repeat sales, retargeting etc.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Study brands globally and identify ways to optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email.
Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns.
Transform the raw data from reports into actionable business insights.
