The Digital Strategist will be responsible for balancing numerous digital channels to craft innovative digital marketing campaigns that turn prospects into advocates. As such, we’re seeking a candidate with a passion for digital space, a fascination with the ever-changing digital landscape, and a drive to find new and creative ways to tell stories with our marketing, build excitement, and drive people to use and love our product.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience with Digital Marketing, preferably working in online start-up space. 
  • Passion for creating, sustaining and growing awareness 
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management, journey mapping, segmentation & marketing automation 
  • Strong ability to leverage consumer data and engagement analytics to drive strategic business decisions 
  • Proficiency with marketing technology hubs (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo, etc.) 

What You Will Do:
  • Develop innovative and functional marketing programs that support product and deliver compelling, multichannel experiences across all digital marketing touchpoints (CRM, Web, Media, Social, Mobile, and Search). 
  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Planning. 
  • CRM/Email Campaign Planning, Deployment, and Automation. 
  • Work with our in-house web and creative teams to manage the email production process including production and localization. 
  • Craft Measurement Plans to set campaign KPI's and establish benchmarks for success 
  • Develop segment-based content strategies that delivers the right message 
  • Customer Lifecycle Management 
  • Persona Research, Application and Consumer Journey Mapping 
  • User Acquisition and Audience Segmentation 
  • Personalized Content Strategies 
  • Marketing Automation 
Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI, Web, Mobile and other strategic stakeholders to measure campaign performance, analyze customer LTV, and identify opportunities for alignment and optimization across all digital touchpoints
Identify lead KPI’s, craft comprehensive measurement plans, and continuously optimize engagement strategies and tactics based on data-driven decision making
