Job Description
Operates and maintains dialer system and associated application and operating system. Responsible also for upgrading, or recommending an upgrade to the dialer system.

Handles and resolves issues with regards to dialer operation, campaigns, calling lists, and user access.

Sets-up user profiles in a dialer system in accordance to access rights and permissions.

Provides various reports with regards to campaign and calling lists performance.

Coordinates with clients, Operations, business analysts, and database group with regards to campaign management.

Designs, tests, and rolls-out campaigns.
