Senior Delivery leader Understand Customer requirements and build team?s performance and Process around these Set actionable goals for the Team devise local, meaningful and self-funding incentives which drive improved performance Make all necessary day to day decisions which affect the Team and the work processed by the Team Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service Management of strategic projects within Operations Work closely with other strategic initiatives within business to ensure success of implementation in Operations Ensure Compliance and controllership Drive periodic process review meetings and drive actionables Drive continuous process improvements Build domain expertise through End to End Framework Be the 2nd point of escalation for the business in case of any issues Candidate Specifications: Looking for candidates with managerial skills capable of succeeding in a complex environment, With Strong presentation skills, Excellent communication skills Should be highly developed people skills, Excellent research and negotiation skills, Experience of delivering large projects experience in Islamic Banking/Middle East Banking is a must
