Mandatory Technology skill: Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Unix, Web Services (SOAP & RESTful), AWS nGood to have Technology skills: Weblogic (or MW) administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA+OSB) administration, Akana DevOps, Tomcat, Jira, Python nOptional Technology skills: Docket, Jenkins, Chef, Maven, GIT n nResponsibilities: nProvide incident, problem, and change management production suport service per SLA/KPI nFollow-up each incident everyday and report status back in Worklogs nFollow ITIL guidelines while working on incidents nMake KEDB/SOP updates for each issue worked on nEnsure there are no violations in change/problem/incident management nEnsure timely contribution to MSR/Reviews data nTimeliness of deliverables (Achieve 90% SLA for all applications supported by team), 95% for weekly nProvide monthly updates of learnings in SMTD docs with proper versioning, adhere to documentation process, review and closure nTimely creation of post-mortem reports (within 3 days of high Sev incidents) nOn a monthly basis check and update trackers (Access list, problem tracker, vacation plan, etc.) nEffectively liaison with EPM and follow-up Problem management process nSend out daily reports/status on time, including Closed Change report nCreate DR reports and share with Capone within a week of completing the DR nWeekly reconciliation of downtime with Capacity management nOn a timely basis update stories on the Jira board, refinements and usage nFollow KANBAN process for adhoc requests and help improving process nEnsure service improvement plans (SIP) are registered/implemented n
