Job Description
1-Knowledge of Domain, DNS, DHCP,SMTP,TCP/IP/POP3/IMAP

2-Knowledge of server hardware management

3-Installation and configuration of antivirus management

4-Perform software installation - Patch Management responsible for coordination of implementation activities.

5-Knowledge of connectivity device Router, firewall, Switches, Wi-Fi access point, Physical Connectivity, VPN

6-Adding new workgroup machines into company domain.

7-Installation of OS.

8-Technical experience on Laptop and Desktop support

9-Troubleshoot performance issues experienced by users due to hardware, software, network latency etc.

10-Manage user data that resides on file & print, server and Network devices.
