Job Description
The interview will be conducted in the client place (Electronics city, Bangalore) by the client.

Technical Skills

1. Knowledge of Server, computers and networking

a. Installation and configuration of Server, Firewall, Desktop, Laptop & Printer

b. Trouble shooting of hardware, software and networking related issues

2. Mail configuration

3. Knowledge in configuring and support for Video conference

4. Knowledge in Skype, WebEx, VPN

5. Trouble shooting techniques

6. Concepts of Networking

a. LAN IP allocation

b. LAN related issues

c. TCP/IP address

d. Switch/ Router configuration

7. Ability to explain / communicate the solution / issues to the Team head

8. Positive attitude towards learning and good communication skills

9. Corporate working background is preferred.
