Job Description
Essential Job Functions

• Troubleshoot and resolve End User System issues remotely.

• User Account management.

• Printer issues.

• Troubleshooting handheld devices like IPhone, Blackberry etc.

• Troubleshooting O365 Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Outlook, Work, Excel etc) is must

• Handling Virus issues.

• Outlook and Lotus Notes client end troubleshooting.

• Software installation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Interface with internal resources & Coordinate with L3 teams / 3rd Party vendors for resolving end user issues.

• Manage workload, report on status and proactively escalate issues

• Provide technical support to other team members as required

About Company

We are Bangalore based start-up having various business units including technology placements and we are looking at Desktop support engineer - L1 in Noida for one of our customers who's in to IT Infra / Managed services / cloud computing and Data centre offerings. This is a contract role for 3 months and total requirement is for around 40 Nos. out of which, around 10% will be hired on the permanent role in Noida.
