Job Description
All Troubleshooting related to outlook and Office365.

Basic Lan network and troubleshooting

Installation and troubleshooting of printer and Scanner

Resetting User accounts password through AD server

Basic Knowledge of AD and Domain

Conduct remote troubleshooting

Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking

Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

Antivirus Installation and Troubleshooting. (McAfee & Symantec)

Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems

Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions

Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue

Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

Record technical issues and solutions in logs

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
