•Proven 5+ years experience with one or more of SAS, Python, and R. You will be familiar with advanced data science and machine learning techniques and algorithms including regression, clustering, classification, SVM, neural networks etc.
•SQL Expertise is table stakes.
•Experience with Tableau, Qlik, D3.js or similar data visualization tools.
•Knowledge of Hadoop and other Big Data tools will be a plus.
•Proficiency in data processing of large, and complex data sets.
•Domain experience in one or more of the following: Telecom, Finance, Retail, Healthcare or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with Statistics and Mathematics. Software development background would be a plus.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
