Details of Position

Designation: Customer Services Executive- Operation

Reporting to: Team Leader - Operation

Location: Pune

Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate (B Com, BA,) No technical background

Work Experience Required: 0-3 years in back office or data entry.

Division/Department : Back office

Type of position : Permanent

Travel: Not Required

Role Explanation

· Preferred touch typist but not mandatory.

· Minimum keying speed of 6500 keystrokes per hour for fresher’s and 7500 keystrokes per hour for experienced CSE’s with not more than 2 (two) errors on display.

· MSCIT preferred or Preferred experience in data entry job

· Ability to sustain concentration for extended periods of time

· Good proofreading and data comprehension skills

· Ability to operate standard office equipment

· Readiness to work in any shift based on business requirement

· Ability to understand the SOP downloaded by trainers

· Adhering to company policies and process compliance

· Should be comfortable with shifts.

Primary Responsibility

· The responsibility of a Customer Service Executives is to enter the accurate data within the given SLA
