Responsible for providing service support to Internationally based Service Managers for fixed, mobility & IoT services for Large Enterprise Customers.

Administer regional WIP opportunities in order to deliver the best possible service experience for customers.

Manage billing queries and issue resolution to ensure clean bills for nominated customers.

Support Delivery escalations and assist Service and Account teams on the delivery process for nominated customers.

Compile fixed inventories and manage updates for a defined set of customers.

Email and chat support

Telecom skills added advantage
