Job Description
We have an opening for Customer Support Executives for 24 x 7 helpline centers for various Government Departments

Candidates who are having required experience academic qualifications and ready to work in shifts can directly walk in for the Interview

Experience: 0-2 Years

CTC: upto to 2 52 lacs

Take home-17 3k per month

Shifts:8 Hours rotational

Location: Bangalore

Language: Kannada & English

Qualification: Any Graduate (Except BA & Diploma)

Roles & Responsibility:

-
  • Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills (Kannada & English) Mandatory
  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred 
  • Candidate should have 0-2 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service industry/helpline centers will be an added advantage 
  • Should be open to work in 8 hours rotational shifts (6 days working)
