Achieve annual renewal and expanded revenue targets.
Facilitate successful onboarding of new customers
Leverage the RChilli service team, methodologies, and best practices to support successful implementation on the customer side
Understand and explain how features within the RChilli Products relate to customer needs.
Up-sell new products and demonstrate them new product offering.
Keeping CRM / Support panel updated for any tickets / new product purchase
Coordinate with Sales team and senior CSM team for any up-selling query/ support / on boarding queries
Meet Up-selling targets as set.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure renewals, and create new revenue opportunities
Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map software capabilities to achieve these goals. This includes, email, Social, Phone calls, and arranging in person meetings.
Understand the customer's business goals and technical environment, including software currently used by the client
Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and project manage the client issue until its resolution
Must be good in spoken and written english.
Versed with tools like Hubspot, CRM, Zapier, and technical languages.
Preferred Qualifications 1-2+ years experience in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment a plus. Preference MBA with experience in handling support processes or Customer On-boarding with , experience with Technology Start-Ups B2B, SaaS/PaaS is addon.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
