  • About Company : Healthcare technology company building a collaboration platform for doctors and patients.
  • Location : Bangalore
  • Experience :1 – 2 Years
  • Salary : 1.8-3 lakhs
  • Qualification: Any Graduates BBA BCA bcom Graaduate HSC
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Number of openings : 10

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service

2.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.

3.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

4.Provide hands on support to process orders, raise invoices, tracking and detailed account management.

5.Flexible with Rotational shifts . ONE WAY CAB FACILITY IS PROVIDED FOR NIGHT SHIFT.

Note:  Proficiency in two language- hindi and english (mandatory)
