Job Description
We are looking for customer support Engineer to provide clear & effective product/software application guidance and support to clients throughout the US. Problem analysis and resolution for client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools.

Training will be provided on our software and its functionality

Skill Set
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional customer service environment, serving external customers / end users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Proficiency in MS Office Suite,
  • Should be Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Should be willing to work in Night Shift with rotational weekly off
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or science or related field
  • Determine, review and prioritize resolution of issues.
  • Guide clients to use self-help resources.
  • Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
  • Record issues and solutions to troubleshoot guides.
  • Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
  • Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
  • Guide Software development team in understanding the issue raised by the client
  • Must be a quick learner with good analytical skills
  • Candidates who can join us immediately or as earlier as possible are preferred.
