Customer Support(Email Support) :

Responsible for providing service support to Internationally based Service Managers for fixed, mobility & IoT services for Large Enterprise Customers ? Administer regional WIP opportunities in order to deliver the best possible service experience for customers. ? Manage billing queries and issue resolution to ensure clean bills for nominated customers ? Support Delivery escalations and assist Service and Account teams on the delivery process for nominated customers ? Compile fixed inventories and manage updates for a defined set of customers
