Job Description
Customer Service Representative - Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner

• Respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explain possible solutions, and ensure clients feel supported and valued

• Explain features, pricing of programs and services provided

• Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information

• Make recommendations for programs or services that may better suit client needs

• Maintain record of all calls made and route queries to the appropriate department

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Utilise software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

• Make outbound calls to clients when needed

Customer Service Representative - Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

• Proficiency with computers and good typing skills

• Strong time management and decision making skills

• Adaptability and accountability

• Fluency in English and Hindi

Work from home

Work Timings - 9 a.m - 6 p.m Monday to Saturday
