Customer Service Operation - Air Export - Freight Forwarding

Job Description
Skills Required

1. Good typing skills and English knowledge

2. Decision making skills

3. Sound knowledge of industry such as INCOTERMS, ports name, shipping lines, airlines etc.

4. Able to work under pressure

5. Time management skills
6.Must have in-depth knowledge in freight forwarding documentation & Operations 
7.Manage a team that prepares various international shipping and customs documents such as declaration documentation. 
8.Regular contact with Liners / Freight Forwarders, communicating cargo despatch information. 
9.Work closely with customers to ensure all deliveries are prepared in accordance with the customer’s requirements and all documentation is prepared correctly. 
10.Providing strategic logistics advice internally to ensure the most cost-effective modes of transport are being used to meet delivery deadlines. 
11.Resolve any issues, which could result in the shipments being delayed as well as manage both internal and external customers if delays do occur.

- English communication

- Typing skills

- Time management 

Work Location : Ram nagar,Coimbatore.
Work Timings : 10.30AM TO 08.30PM
Working Days : Sunday to Thursday
Week off: Friday & Saturday
