Job details:
* Interact with the clients/customers over the telephone or connect via internet and guide them of their requirement.
* Understand buyer requirements, complaints or requests and provide them appropiriate guidance over the subject.
* Keep track of company policy changes or new product launches and provide accurate information to the client.
* Assist new client with setup.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Recording details of enquiries.
* Process orders, forms and applicants.
* Excellent communication skills required.
