Job Description
Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively

Ø Sign up customers for I-Banking

Ø Route calls through IVR where applicable

Ø Maintain contact records to reflect current information

Ø Requests and complaints Turn around

Ø Promote cross sell of all banking products

Ø Maintain accuracy of information given to customers

Ø Have high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-money laundering Policy

Ø Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.

Ø Ensure all sales pitches are made without no mis-selling

Ø Use S2S palette to identify eligibility and register dispositions for analysis

Graduate Fresher and up to 4 years of experience in call taking

Ø Undergraduate (10+2 PUC) with min 2 years of experience in call taking

Ø Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English

Ø Ability to Speak good Hindi

Ø Basic computer skills

Ø Strong service orientation

Ø Willingness to learn additional products

Ø Flexible to work in rotational shifts and offs

Ø Located at a distance of max 22 kms. from Whitefield to avail free cab facility
