Designation - Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Location : Coonoor, Ooty

Domain: International Voice Process

Shift : Rotational Night Shift

*** Looking for candidates in and around Ooty ***

CTC - Upto 4 LPA

Experience -
Minimum 2+ Years of experience in International Voice Process 
Desired Skill -
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • International BPO Voice Process Experience will be an added advantage Calling Experience.
  • Preferable the candidates nativity and schooling should be in Ooty.
  • Willing to work in Night Shift.
  • Exposure in email, Internet, Telephone, Etiquette and MS Office Preferred.
  • Should have good knowledge with MS Excel.
  • Candidates must be positive with polite attitude.
  • To take inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Handle email queries, when needed.
  • To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.
  • Daily reporting and call tracking.
