Job Description
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives (Customer Care Representatives / Customer Support Engineers) to join our growing team. You will hold an important position in the company as your role will be one of the most important functions in the business – engaging customers and providing an interface between customers and the company. You are required to answer all incoming calls, for taking new orders, answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints and provide information as necessary. You will be part of almost all client communications including communicating new offers to customers, exchanging feedback with customers and internal teams, resolving service issues with the help of technical support team.
Your target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, manage incoming calls, identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication, provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure problem resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents, follow standard communication procedures, guidelines and policies, take the extra effort to engage customers and ensure full customer satisfaction. You should also be familiar with Customer Relationship Management software systems and best business practices for customer service, customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of customers. You should have clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English along with good communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, stress management skills, time management skills, multi-tasking skills, good listening skills, ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer’s problem.
