Job Description
Should have 2-4 yrs of experience.

· Responsible for proposal preparation, discussion with the client, detailed planning, tracking & monitoring progress of project.

· Performs responsibilities like ensuring smooth flow of project, maintaining documents and dealing with issues relating to projects undertaken.

· Assist Project Managers in handling daily activities.

· Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast paced environment

· Excellent people skills with the ability to interact successfully with business and other technology groups

· Directly troubleshoot and solve technical issues with customers.

· Document customer needs, problems, interventions and interactions, informing clients as changes occur.

· Prepares status reports and updates the same to the Management team.

· Use debugging tools, simulations, and scripts to isolate and fix problems.

· Guide and assist with installations and technical training, including documentation.

· Should be have a strong service attitude; build lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness

· Ensure that timely updates are given to the client on the status of the project, and all the deadlines are met prior to the final discussion.
