Dear Applicant,

We have openings with one of our domestic clients operating out of our site located at Thane . The details of the process are listed below.

Process details

We are looking for applicants from THANE AND MIRA ROAD , who have completed their HSC and are fluent in English and one of the following languages namely Hindi, Marathi, Tamil , Telugu , Kannada and Bengali. This is an in country (domestic) inbound customer service voice process where an applicant is expected to assist customers with their concerns and provide requisite information in the languages shared earlier

Applicants are expected to work in shifts which would last for 9.5 hours(8.5 hours login and 1 hour break) and operational window commences at 9 am and closes by 9 pm. They are expected to work 5 days a week and would have any two days off (not necessarily on weekends) . We prefer to hire females for this process preferably from Thane, and Mira Road (as employees are expected to travel by their own means).

The remuneration offered ranges from INR 1,80,000 to 2,34,000/- (exclusive of transport allowance).

We are Looking for someone who is Physically disabled & who can join us on Immediate Basis.
