Outbound Sales Process:
Â· Engage with customers to educate them on insurance and provide options that suit their requirement most appropriately.
Â· To achieve sales number and value with minimum achievement targets along with incentives for achieving above targets.
Â· To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
Â· To cross sell to customers wide variety of options/products.
Â· Minimum 0.6 years year of experience in a BPO industry and a maximum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service process.
Â· Freshers with good communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate should have good command over spoken Hindi or English (primary language) and one regional language (Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marwari, Haryanwi).
Candidate would need to achieve sales number and value with minimum achievement targets along with incentives for achieving above targets. Customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery is a hygiene factor.
