Job Description:
 Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

• Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services

• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.

• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Follow-up with clients for annual maintenance contract

• Should be ready to travel.

• Age Limit - Below 30 yrs

Key Skills 

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Good relationship management and networking skills.

• Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs.
• Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.

• Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/Power Point
