Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

• Generating leads for sales, products and services.

• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

• Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.

• Reaching out to new customers and explaining them about courses.
