Bachelor's degree in Engineering/equivalent with 7-10 years’ overall industry experience.
4-6 years’ experience in a customer facing preferably as Project Manager or Client Manager Role.
Prior Operations and Service delivery related experience will be preferable.
Experience in working on projects in different geographies and cultures within a global services matrixed organization
Prior experience in managing complex, multifunctional programs.
Background with audio and video conferencing technologies a plus.
Ability to work independently and deal with some degree of ambiguity.
Ability to rapidly establish command of the operating environment and identify key interdependencies and decisions required for program success.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written skills required for conducting presentations and negotiating with all levels of personnel.
A high level of self-sufficiency.
Experience managing escalations, projects across geographical regions desirable.
, Desired Profile
Be the main interface between the end customer & teams to manage various other stakeholders like 3rd parties, vendors, logistics teams, sales & Implementation teams to successfully oversee time bound roll out & delivery of services / solutions to the customer for a period of 1.5 years.
Will be the SPOC for the end customer for all the project related issues. Own interface for requirements, consultation and project/resource prioritization and funding.
Program Manage the on boarding and operationalization of the customer related deliverables.
Ensure key deliverables set for the customer related project are met on time in a seamless fashion.
Lead Monthly/periodic reviews with the customer and Sales teams.
Manage and close any Customer escalations reported.
