Snr Manager OTC Candidate Specification OTC Tower expert with hands on delivery experience for large critical accounts. Strong Transition + Transformation, Solutioning experience as a part of delivery will be of best preferred. Role OTC Tower leader will own the operations delivery of the respective tower. meeting clients SLAs and KPIs, Strong customer interfacing skills. acting as key point of contact for any interface, escalations etc. Will be Accountable and responsible for setting up, managing, developing and growing the business. Responsible for improving the financials of the project, by driving cost optimization projects. Responsible for managing large delivery teams across multiple sites. Ensure team is highly engaged and also motivated to deliver top class performance. Mentor and drive performance improvements. Competent and capable to leverage, align with Organization strategy, vision, values and policy guidelines. Proficient in problem solving tools and lean methodology, to ensure continuous improvement mind-set and run multiple improvement projects, simplification of processes, automations and work force optimizations. Support and guide operations team/ processes in stabilizing the process & monitor performance Should be open to working in rotational Shifts
