We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Development Exe, who can build up relationship, having quality of product positioning and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment


Build good working relationships and understand the needs of your customers and do listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

research the market and related products

present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

respond to incoming email and phone enquiries

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

gather market and customer information

challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions

check the quantities of goods on display and in stock

make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system

represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

feed future buying trends back to employers

review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

A Team player, attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Required Skill

Having basic IT knowledge

Strong listening and presentation skills & Presence of Mind

Street Smart

Must have a go getter approach

Strong interpersonal Skill and experience dialling subsequent calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Experience working with MS Office, specially, Excel , Access & Word

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

X+2 or any Bachelor degree or equivalent

CTC : 1.8 to 2.0 L per Annum
