Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Customer Care Representative - International Voice Process - B2B Process - Fixed Shift - 5 days work - Sat & Sun Week off - Two way cab - Huge Incentives,Hitech City.

Job Title – Customer Care Representative – (B2B Process)

Experience – 1 year – 4 years

Salary – 2 lacs p.a – 4.5 lacs p.a

Shift – Night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)

Type - International Voice Process (AR Billing)

Working Days – 5 days work

Sat & Sun Week off

Communication – Excellent in English

Qualification – UG/Graduate/pg

Transportation - Two way Cab (home pick & drop)

Job Location – Hitech City

Roles & Responsibilities:


International Voice Process

Complex Billing Investigations/ Corrections - conduct in depth billing investigation by utilizing multiple billing and provisioning systems to compare billing to the signed contractual agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, Parent/Child billing, multiple location/Account and multiple contract customers.

Make necessary corrections via orders in multiple billing systems and create detailed credit requests. Customer Follow Up - frequent follow up with customer as necessary to resolve complex issues or requests or as requested by customers within the promised timeframe quoted.

Create a world class customer experience.

Answering product and Account questions/queries assistance. 

Key Skills:

Customer Service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Functional Skill Required:

Experience into Managing international clients is added advantage.

Any prior experience in International Voice (US/Australia/UK Calling) would be an added advantage.
