Handling customer queries on calls and resolving issues.

Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT.

Candidate profile:

Candidate should be having excellent communication skills.

Good at customer handling skills.

Open to work for rotational shifts.

Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Qualification:

SSC having 1 year international voice experience in BPO.

HSC or Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice experience process in BPO.

Ex-Employees are always welcome, subject to eligibility.

Process:

UK and Aus

Salary: As per market standards + incentives

Additional Benefits:-

Free Home Pick & Drop facility will be provided

5 working days in a week.

Week off: Any 2 days of the week.
