We have an immediate opening for Customer Care Officer.

Designation: Customer Care Officer (CCO)
CTC : Upto 27K 
Qualification : Diploma/Bsc/Bcom
Good Communication Skills & Knowledge with MS Excel & Word
Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 5-8 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

Chief responsibilities and KRAs: 

• To receive client service calls and raise the job cards ,schedule the calls in co-ordination with supervisor ,track the technicians and status of call ,on the updation and support the field staff with necessary spares delivery from office on a day to day basis.

• To keep track of technician attendance, outdoor slips for technicians, material request on site requirements of service calls, ensuring adequate consumable stocks like nitrogen, oxygen etc… and ensure that calls are completed within the stipulated TAT.

• To ensure prompt scheduling of PMS and maintain proper record of the services provided to client as per periodic AMC/Warranty schedule .Also ensure the feedback to client on PMS completed through mails. Assist in compilation of Service related MIS and co-ordinate with CCO the service reports.

• To assign the delivery schedule for the Service Van and record the movement .Also co-ordinate with service vendors such as PCB repairs and Motor rewinding to ensure adequate supply for closing the calls.

• To compile all Service Delivery related MIS and maintain the customer master file up to date in co-ordination with Service marketing support .To be the custodian of all documents related to service delivery and their up Keep and systematic filing for easy access when required.

• Updating Call Logs on daily basis

• Ensuring all calls are allotted in systematic way

• Monitoring/support for Breakdown/PM calls and validating report(daily basis)

• Timely highlighting of all calls escalations and ensure no call pending beyond standard RT/TAT.To identify and maintain sufficient loan stocks and update records regularly .
