Job Description
*Language* : English, Hindi, Local language . Candidate should be highly proficient in English.

*Education:* No criteria

*Job Description:* The customer care executive will join the customer care team that is responsible

for managing customer queries, sales, complaints and all other kinds of interactions.

 The mode of conversation would be primarily phone call and chat.

The team also manages certain system processes and is an integral connect between the customer and the

operations.

*Further details:*

• Manage all customer calls including queries, complaints, sales, etc.

• Interact with customers via phone calls and chat both

• Liaisons with operations team to execute orders or solve complaints

• Conduct product sales campaigns

• Manage system processes, create and maintain MIS reports

*Requirements:*

• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer care or related processes

• Highly proficient in English (Speaking and typing)

• Should be comfortable with the shift timings

• Currently company does not provide any travel solutions to its employees

*Shifts:*

• Currently shift timings are: Morning (6 am to 3 pm), Afternoon (1 pm to 10 pm) & 3 PM to 12 PM

• Candidate must be comfortable with either of the three shifts

• One weekly off per week
