Roles & Responsibilities
• Calling on the leads or data provided by the Company.
• Daily Target of Fixing Appointments with Clients.
• Working on daily/weekly/monthly target of selling our Plots to the customers
• Calling Corporate Clients, follow up
• Finding clients though various sources like outbound calls, tent activity, canopys, leas generated through various online and offline mediums.
• Handling clients with best of knowledge and ability to serve.
• Calling them and addressing to their search on buying plots, giving detailed information on the project and fixing site visit for them to have a physical look on the project, assisting them on their travel arrangements and constant
• Follow ups on the site visit. Passing leads to the sales team for closure.
• Taking down Customer’s address for transportation
• Maintain Trackers of Sales and Follow-ups.
• Establish rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business.
• Inspect complete Fit-out along with Projects team.
• Meeting the customers at their offices and residents for property discussion and agreement.
• Payment follow-up with customers.
• Continue follow-up on prelaunch offers and get it updated to the customers.
• Assisting customers in side visit.
• Minimum 1 year Tele Calling Experience in Telecom/BPO, Developers or Real Estate Sector
• Very Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Zeal and Passion to work under stress
• Hunger to learn and grow with the company
Language - English,Kannada & Hindi must
