1) Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

2) Respond to customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

3) Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs

4) Giving feedback reports by collecting and analysing customer information

5) Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Qualification: 12th, Graduate from any field
